You just tried to post a link to a file on your own computer (C:\Users\Student\Downloads\IMG_1657.jpg). That doesn't work. No one can see it but you.

You need to upload the file to this site. Edit your post and click the "upload" button.

I can indeed! You did a pretty good job. The face has good symmetry, and I like how the wind is made visible by the position of the fur and the particles. The perspective on the particles could be improved, though. But the thing that stood out to me the most as an opportunity for improvement is the colouring (or perhaps I should call it shading, given the absence of colour), which has a lot of distracting lines in it.

There's a number of things you can do to get more polished results.
1. Following the direction of the material when colouring. You already did this in some places, but not consistently over the whole image. Of course while this should be easy for e.g. fur, it's not as easy for materials that don't have any directional texture.
2. Always colouring in the same direction. While this method will not give you realistic textures, it will make the image as a whole much more consistent.
3. Practicing your pencil skills until you are able to fill large areas without any visible lines.
4. Re-evaluating your tools. Perhaps better quality pencils will help already, or maybe you just need to sharpen yours a bit more frequently. Switching to paint (e.g. acrylic) is also worth considering, although that will of course come with its own set of pluses and minuses.

Anyway, these are just some of my ideas. You may have other ideas of your own. Good luck!

I've worked with acrylic before, and yeah it has its own thing lol
I used a mechanical pencil for shading, which actually oproved challenging. Perhaps just using a normal pencil will work better

aside from all of that, thank you! I will definitely be using these tips going forward!
